Do I need years of experience?
Not necessarily—bring a great attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn; we’ll train for the rest.
Is the schedule flexible?
We do our best to accommodate reasonable requests while maintaining consistent coverage.
Full‑time or part‑time?
Both are possible depending on role and season.
Coffee training?
Yes—when the espresso program launches, we’ll train baristas and cross‑train interested FOH team members.
